Heidemari obtained her BCom Law and LLB degrees at the University of Pretoria in 2017 and 2019 respectively. During her studies, she was chosen to be a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society.

She served her articles of clerkship at Gert Nel Incorporated in both the Road Accident Fund and Medical Negligence departments. Heidemari was admitted as an attorney in the High Court of South Africa in 2021 after which she stayed on as an attorney at Gert Nel Incorporated.

Heidemari found her passion in Medical Negligence and is currently an attorney in the Medical Negligence Department. Her passion and empathy for her clients is what drives her towards a strong work ethic.

Most recently, Heidemari completed a course through Harvard University with specific reference to Human Anatomy to better understand the medical field.
