Maryke Weder is a practising Attorney at Gert Nel Inc Attorneys since 2015, practising as such in the Personal Injury Department, with her main focus on Road Accident Fund matters.
She attained her LLB (CUM LAUDE) degree at the University of Pretoria, and completed her Articles of clerkship At Tim Du Toit Inc Attorneys. She was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2003.
Before joining the Gert Nel Inc team in 2015, she practiced at leading law firms, specialising in personal injury matters, family law and Criminal law matters. She also gained excessive experience in Commercial law litigation. She represented clients in both the Magistrate’s Court and High Court.
Maryke is a true believer of “Do it with passion, or not at all”, and strive to apply this moto in her practice.
