Adele Marais has practised in the Personal Injury and Road Accident Fund field for the past 28 years. She began her career at the Road Accident Fund as a claims handler from 1994 until 1998, gaining invaluable experience.

Upon obtaining her B.Proc degree, Adele undertook her articles from 1998 to 1999 whilst attending the evening school for Legal Practice at the Law Society of the Northern Provinces. She was subsequently admitted as an attorney in the High Court of Pretoria in 1999.

Adele Marais initially practised for her own account from 2000 and joined the Gert Nel Attorneys team on 1 November 2008 as a Professional Assistant.
