The Consultation

Once we have received your call, we move to the consultation phase of the formalities.

Once a preliminary assessment has been done one of our friendly staff members will contact you to arrange a consultation at a time and place that suits you. 

Consultations can be arranged nationwide, we do our best to accommodate you, hence make this process as easy and comfortable as possible.

During the consultation, we listen to what happened, we assess the prospects of success, explain the process going forward attend to formalities such as a power of attorney etc. and explain what you can reasonably expect from your claim.

Unfortunately, not all queries result in a claim due to a merit, technical issues or the computation of risk – remember however that you always have the option to secure a second opinion, elsewhere.
